Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting a small, woman owned business by shopping at Q's Apothecary! All spiritual blends, spiritual oils, are handmade in small batches by Q. All spiritual candles are sourced from small farmers and apiaries.

When you purchase your items, please allow 2-3 business days for packaging preparation and handling. All items will be shipped after a 2-3 business days handling from date of purchase. You will receive your items 8-16 business days from date of purchase.

All items are shipped for free unless you choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option.

Free Shipping: If you choose the free shipping option, your items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Upon choosing the free shipping option, please allow 8-16 business days from date of purchase to receive your items. Please note, you will not receive a tracking number by choosing this option.

USPS Priority Mail: If you choose the priority mail option, your items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, and you will receive your items between 5-8 business days from date of purchase. By choosing the USPS Priority Mail option, you will receive a tracking number.

If you need your items within a certain time period, be sure to purchase as soon as possible and note any upcoming federal holidays, seasons and/or weather issues that may delay shipping by the USPS.

Please note that once items are handed over to the United States Postal Service, I have no control over shipping. If shipping issues arise, please email me at que@aqleqtictarot.com with your full name and order number and I will do my best to help you find out what is happening. If you are concerned about delivery issues to your address, please select either the USPS Priority Mail shipping option or the the USPS Signature Confirmation option at checkout.
